So far I am hearing the following 2 proposed solutions, though both are unclear, and I have yet to hear a good DIY that leads me to success:ġ) simple, yet highly inaffective: change one or more parameters in the. is an adaptive headlight module, did they replace it or reuse the old one If replaced was it coded (they come uncoded) depending on the damage they should have sent the car to bmw to recode the headlight modules and calibrate the szl steering angle sensor. Anyone have luck with this? A DIY would be so loved. If the correct VO code is removed and the affected modules are defaulted correctly, adaptive lighting can be disabled on any chassis. 522 removes xenon lighting, not adaptive lighting. I have the adaptive headlight warning that comes on at startup, and I want to code it away/ suppress the error. To disable it in E82 you just need to remove 522 from VO and recode NFRM.
